She was predeceased by: her parents, Jet O. Lewis and Dorothy A. Lewis; her niece Maryann Face; and her nephew Matthew Moore. She is survived by: her sisters, Toni and Robin Moore (John T. Moore) of Nacogdoches; her nephew Jason Moore (Sara); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sadie and Zane Moore of Candler, NC; and her sister-in-law Patsy Johnstonbaugh (Ed). She is also survived by other numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
