Davis of Nacogdoches, Texas, born in Athens, Alabama, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Davis; his parents, James E. Davis and Molly E. Davis; and his siblings, Opal Dean Stephens and William E (Davis).
He is survived by: his children, James R. Davis (Cassie) of Portland, Texas and Debbie L. Davis of Nacogdoches, Texas; his brother Gary W. Davis (Joann) of Austin, Texas; and his grandchildren, Claire E. Davis, Paul Smith, T. Frank Smith V, Timothy Brownlee and Kristi Schnell. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
