He is survived by: his wife Frances Sue Sears Warner of Nacogdoches; and his children, Katherine Diane Thedford (Roger) of Prosper, Karolyn Danette McGowan (Mac) of League City, John Denny Warner, Jr. (Kelly) of San Leon, James David Sears (Kay) of Dallas and Susan Kay Sears Jordan (Scott) of Hawkins, Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
