He is survived by: his wife Shirley Campbell of Nacogdoches, TX; his children, Jeff (Donna Campbell) of Barbers Hill, TX, Ben (Pam Gentry) of Lake Charles, LA and Tammy (David Marcontell) of Mont Belvieu, TX; and his brother Gary (Donna Campbell) of Mont Belvieu, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
