She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Avis Smith (McCauley); her husband Jackie Tubbe; and her siblings, Therman Smith, Wayne Smith and Geneva Holt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Tubbe Butler, Patricia Tubbe Smith, Renee Tubbe Shannon, Elizabeth Lawson and Tammie Winston; and her grandsons, Ernest Carter, Howard T. Cooper, Jeff Butler, Cody Smith and Jason Smith. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
