He was predeceased by: his parents, Eagle Woods Cochran and Madura Glover Cochran; and his brothers, Joe and Kirk Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Cochran; his children, Mark Craig Cochran (Rosi) of Nacogdoches and Lee Anne Koiner (Bill) of Krum, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kaycee Koiner of Belton, Timmy Cochran of Nacogdoches, Aubrey Cochran of Nacogdoches and Easton Cochran of Nacogdoches.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Neil's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
