With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elwin Charles Ervin of Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur Ervin and Bernice Hilyard Ervin; and his siblings, Elden Ervin, Betty Davidson, Barbara Daughtry and Phyllis McVey.
He is survived by: his wife Diep Ervin; his children, Mickey Ervin and Jane Eddington; his granddaughter Danielle Eddington; his great grandchild Leona; his granddaughter Cassandra Dargan Eddington (Charles); his great grandchild Kieran; his granddaughter Nicole Eddington; his son Charles Ervin; his great grandchild Briana Ervin; his daughter Kim Carter (Brent); his grandchildren, Brandon and Madelyn; his son Kyle Ervin (Erika); his grandchildren, Dane and Axel; and also, Carter, Caiden and Claire.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Laird Funeral Home (2116 South St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964).
