He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hollingshed and Gladys Hollingshed (Hartzog); his siblings, James Hollingshed, Jackie Hollingshed, Mary Moisio, Nellie Littlejohn, Clydean Holllingshed and Edna Stuart; and his children, Clyde Hollingshed and Dale Hollingshed.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Dianne Hollingshed; his children, Timothy Hollingshed (Debbie) of Teague, Rachel James (Phillip) of Fort Worth and April Anderson (Samuel) of Center; and his grandchildren, Dyllan, Connor, Alyssa, Andrew Anderson, Abigail, Phillip Eddie James and Anna Hollingshed.
