He is survived by: his children, Meredith (Joe), Matthew Bridge, Alison Rice, Carol Floyd (David), Lee Ann Lavender, Ryan Lavender, Aaron Lavender, Cindy Hudson (Jim), Marianne Horton, Lindsay Holloman, Darlene DeBoer (Jack), Scott DeBoer and Julie Colter. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
