Dotsy Johnson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2025, at the age of 92, Dotsy Johnson of Nacogdoches, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dotsy Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierson Bruce and Lena Eberlan Bruce; her husband Roy E. Johnson; her children, Roy Lynn Johnson and Vicki Johnson; and her sisters, Pirlean Triana and Joy Dean Till.
She is survived by: her nephews, Wayne Triana, Sr. (Susan), Dennis Battles and Ricky Battles (Beverly); her niece Gayla Joyner (Tony); her friend Sally Hess; and her aunt Magnolia Court. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors (5400 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Alazan Cemetery.
