She was predeceased by: her father Gregory Theodore Smith; and her grandparents, Thomas G., Carolyn Evans, Theodore and Daisy Smith.
She is survived by: her mother Janie Evans Smith; her siblings, Evan (Sara Smith) of Grand Rapids and Blayne (Blake Pinkston) of Marshall, TX; and her nieces and nephews, Chasey Calaway, Gracie Calaway, Hendrix Smith, Bain Smith, Rowan Smith, Brody Pinkston, Graham Pinkston and Dani Pinkston. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or any Animal Rescue Organization.
