He was predeceased by: his mother Laverne Weaver; his stepfather Harry Weaver; his former wife Patricia Hampton Willis; and his grandparents, Bill and Ruth Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Willis of Nacogdoches; his children, Bill Willis (Alexia) of Houston, Richard Wrench (Lisa) of Cypress, Reagan Wrench (Quinn) of Wharton and Randy Wrench (Lockett) of Houston; his grandchildren, Kerry Wrench, Laura Wrench, Dylan Wrench and Becca Wrench; his brother-in-law Sturdy Wanamaker (Tammy) of Georgetown; his grandchild Kerrville; his nephew Mitch Wanamaker; his niece Beth Kornegay (Tim); his great-niece Jane Kornegay; and his great-nephew Ted Kornegay.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Billy's memory to Christ Episcopal Church, Christ Episcopal School, Love, Inc., Nacogdoches Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
