He is survived by: his wife Sharmion Bailey; his siblings, Dora Gene Livingston and Hoyt Bailey (Del); his children, Billy Ray Bailey (Lori), Jeff Bailey (Carolyn), Brad Bailey (Melinda), Shane Bailey (Relissa), Freddy Grant, Jolene Pearce, Bailee Lowery (Clarke) and Bianca Bailey; and his grandchildren, Brandy Bailey, Kyle Bailey, Travis Bailey, McKenzy Brewer, Brandon Bailey, Destiny Bogue, Derika Bailey, Jesse Bailey, Dylan Bailey, Shayna Tucker, Kodie Bailey and Kortni Bailey. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
