She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Hammack; her children, Jennifer Naslund (Carl), Lauren Weber, Brianna Lehr and David Wells (Kezia); her sister Venita Horn; her grandchildren, Bjorn "Teddy Bear" Naslund, Elliot Hammack, Jaedyn Fortner, Trent Fortner, Calista McKerral and Lilly Wells; her great grandchildren, Violet Hammack and Wesson McKerral; her nephew Les Paul Hulsey; and her great-nephew Ricky Cody Pope.
