It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Charlene Dorman of Nacogdoches, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Owens and Mary Owens (McCllough). She is survived by: her husband Randy Dorman of Nacogdoches; her son Jason Dorman of Houston; her granddaughters, Kaylee, Emma and Sophie Dorman of Nacogdoches; her daughter Meagan Keel (Melvin Keel); her granddaughter Amee Keel of Nacogdoches; and her siblings, Elaine Myers (Terry) of Jasper, Neely Owens of Houston and Samuel Owens (Linda) of Orange. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
