She was predeceased by: her parents, James Husband (Roe) and Minnie Lou Carrell Husband; and her grandparents, Mitchell and Mary Townsend Carrell. She is survived by: her children, Stephen W. Michelle, Jr. of Nacogdoches, Texas., Charlotte Ann Michelle Montes (Gary) of Nacogdoches, Texas. and Joey Lee Michelle (Tyana) of Nacogdoches, Texas.; her grandchildren, Gary Lee Montes, Jr. (Lisa), Stephen Montes (Christy), Amanda Nichole Michelle (Michael), Melissa Jean Michelle, Kitrinia Michelle, Gunner Micheli (Cassidy), Chaz Micheli, Blais Micheli and Tyce Micheli; her great grandchildren, Madalynn Michelle Montes, Bella Claire Montes, Zoey Jane Montes, Raegan Paislee Montes, Ella Grace Rodriguez, Greyson James Rodriguez, Mason Wade Smith and Peyton Schaadt of Nacogdoches, Texas.; her brothers, Teddy Lee Husband (Sandra) of Brazoria and James Bennis Husband of Chico, California; the father of her children Steve William Michelle; and her husband Joe Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home (2116 South St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East Side United Pentecostal Church (3801 Center Rd, Nacogdoches, TX 75961).
