He is survived by: his wife Vicki Boaz of Myra; his children, Misti Vogel (Scot) of Myra, JoAnna Boaz of Gainesville, Kelli Ford (Terry Bartel) of Muenster, Amanda Arrington (Jeremy) of Callisburg, Steven Boaz (Kristi) of Bowie and Tyler Boaz (Skyler) of Myra; his grandchildren, Victoria, Kourtney, Philicia, Jason, Jerico, Jacey, Hunter, Kalee, Kaitlin, Kaci, Heath, Nolan, Stevie, Hayden, Hudson, Zoey, Kaydence, Danny and Dawson; his great grandchildren, Emeri, Ruby, Elissa, Holden and Brailey; his mother Donna Samek (Charlie) of Valley View; and his sisters, Kay Herman of Gainesville and Paula Garner (George) of Gainesville.
