She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Felton Caldwell Edwards and James Haston Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Larry Philen of Murchison; her sons, Ben Philen (Amy) of Keller and Brett Philen (Jacquelin) of Murchison; her grandchildren, Brenley Philen, Blake Philen, Quinn Philen, Kerrigan Philen and Haston Philen; her siblings, Mike Edwards (Mary) of Murchison, Kenny Edwards (Cindy) of Edom and Kathy Gordan of Murchison; and her sisters-in-law, Denise Philen of Brownsboro and Connie Parker (Lannie) of Brownsboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
