It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merri Tana Kelly of Murchison, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Edward Koenig and Margaret Fern Koenig (Gibbons). She is survived by: her husband Porter Kelly of Murchison; her children, David Browning of Athens, Nancy Moffeit (Daniel) of Bullard, Christopher Browning (Ashley Sebastian) of Athens, Billy Kelly (Ashley) of China Springs, ShyAnne Byrd (Garylee) of Whitehouse, Wesley Ramsey (Rebecca) of Tyler, Nathan Kelly of Murchison and Bekah Anne Fairbanks of Brownsboro; her grandchildren, Skylar Freudenrich, Andrew Lane Freudenrich, Alley Moffeit, Baylee Byrd, Brooklynn Byrd, Jaxson Fairbanks, April Kelly, Layla Abendroth, Keaton Abendroth, Everleigh Abendroth, Brenda Ramsey, Lillian Ramsey and Michael Ramsey; and her siblings, Albert Koenig (Becky), Kenny Koenig (Nancy) and Gerri Anderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made in her memory to the SOAR Ministry – Crossroads Church of Tyler.
