He is survived by: his significant other Annette Kay Head; his children, Quinton Lyle Head (Vanessa Moreau-Sipiere) of Sulphur Springs and Kelsey Renee Thrasher (David) of Murchison; his parents, Alvin Head and Shiree Head of Murchison; his sister Karen Head Potts (Bradley) of Murchison; his mother-in-law Mamie Joyce Parker of Leagueville; and his siblings-in-law, Craig, Karen Parker of Leagueville, Dan and Theresa Parker of Leagueville. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of beloved friends.
