He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Maze (Clark) of LaRue; his daughter Meagan Louisa Maze; and his nephew Brandon Owens. He is survived by: his father Harold Duane Maze Sr.; his wife Ana Laura Maze of Murchison; his daughters, Courtney of Murchison, Sarah of Murchison and Emily Maze of Murchison; his siblings, Jammie Maze (Rashonda) of Brownsboro, Melissa Owens (Chad) of LaRue and Tammie Havelka (Ray); and his granddaughter Milynne "Shelby" Rose Martinez. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and three great nieces and nephews.
