He is survived by: his children, Kelli Jo Chapman of Malakoff, Jackie Lyn Chapman-Meyer (Mike) of Murchison and D'Wayne Chapman Jr. (Shannon) of Murchison; his grandchildren, Doug Pate (Kayla), Rachel Pate (Dusty Worsham), Walter D'Wayne Edward Pate Sr. (Kim), Jordan Chapman, Trinity Chapman, Allie Chapman, Kysen Chapman and Karter Markell Fuller; and his great grandchildren, Riggin Pate, Rowdy Pate, Ryder Pate, Walter D'Wayne Edward Pate Jr., Cutter Worsham, Madison Worsham and Lillie Anne Worsham.
