He is survived by: his children, Delmer Ray Hood Jr. of Murchison, Jeffrey Max Hood of Athens and Julie Marie Hood Anderson (Ronny) of Murchison; his granddaughter Rachel Ann Hood of Colorado Springs; his stepgrandsons, Jason Phillip Anderson of Sweden and Jeffrey Norman Anderson of Lufkin; his sister Jeanette Corley (James) of Dallas; and his pets, Pee Wee, Prissy and Tigger. He is also survived by 2 great grandsons and 2 great granddaughters.
