We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2022, at the age of 83, Carolyn Rose Slaughter of Murchison, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Rose and Grady Rose; her sister Margaret Starke; and her children, Butch Slaughter and Mary Beth Parrish (Charles Slaughter).

She is survived by: her husband Charles Slaughter; her daughters, Janet Slaughter, Susan Jock (Chris) and Laurie Miller (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Presley Slaughter, Brittany Bass (Sam), Garrett Miller (Emily), Bo Mayo (Mitch), Brook Murff (Steven), Tony Cooper (Danielle) and Dalton Cooper (Jolene).

Donations in her memory can be made to the South Texas Children's Home in Pettus, Texas.
