He was predeceased by: his stepfather Dick Gallob. He is survived by: his parents, Dorie Gallob of Murchison and Carl Robert Burgess, Sr. of Missouri; and his brother Chris Burgess of Murchison. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
