He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Taylor; his grandson Kyle Maytubby; and his daughters, Lynnette Maytubby (Dan) of Athens, Texas and Julie Elston of Burleson, Texas. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Taylor of Murchison, Texas; and his grandchildren, Taylor Elston (Amanda), Lucy De La Cruz (Donnie), Tucker Elston, Annalise Maytubby, Addison Maytubby and Colette Wind (Clayton). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
