It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Joan Herriott (Murchison, Texas), born in Henderson, Texas, who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Andrews; her husband Weaver Herriott; her son Tony Andrews; her parents, Robert Luther Gray and Mamie Lorene Stevens Gray; her stepdaughter Betty Jean Amyx; and her grandson Joseph Gentry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Carroll of Murchison, Penny Andrews of Seven Points and Angela Gentry of Murchison; her stepdaughters, Myra Gracia of San Marcos, Lois Heath of Houston and Jo Damon of San Marcos; her siblings, Harvey Gray of Conroe, Nell Emerine (J. P.) of Flint and Debbie Chambers (John) of Athens; and her grandchildren, Jayme Trussell, Cheyenne Andrews, Joe Andrews, Kimberley Antal, Curtis Mobley, James Schindler, Corri Riddler, Lori Ling, Damon O'Brien, Robin Archer and Selena Cornwall. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
