She is survived by: her husband Howard Troy Cook; her children, Donna Querner (David) and David Cook (Melissa); her grandchildren, Tyler (Samantha Lewellen), Tara Hanks, Lanese Barnett (Brady), Zach and Caleb Cook; and her great grandchildren, Westin, Grayson Hanks, McKinna, Madelyn, Mia Lewellen, Talia and Jolie Barnett.
