She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Edith Juarene Bovell (Edwards); and her siblings, William Thomas Bovell, III and Jacque Bass. She is survived by: her husband Charles Bratcher; her children, Joel Bratcher (Judy) of Bryan, Texas and Tami Brown (Billy) of Lubbock, Texas; her sister Ninie Hammond of Louisville, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Cody Brown (Emily Smith), Caden Brown, Jordan Bratcher (Ariel) and Jonathan Bratcher.
