O. and Clara Mae Jones; her aunt Jann Gover; her husband Scott Churchman; her daughter Penny Dutka (Matt) of Fredrick, Colorado; her siblings, Lara Jones of Earth, Texas and Tony Jones of Earth, Texas; her grandsons, James Dutka and Zachary Dutka; her nieces and nephews, Kody Jones, Tiffani Waters (Evan), Kaiden Jones, Kelton Jones, Karson Jones, Lexi Garza, Nicholas Garza (Kambree), Heather Smarr (Jason) and Sarah Foley; her brother-in-law Gilbert Garza; and her aunts and uncles, Jeana, Jim Ferguson, Chuck, Karen Haley and Bill Gover. She was also cherished by numerous cousins and friends.
