It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Waggoner of Muleshoe, Texas, born in Clovis, New Mexico, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Black and Naomi Black (Owen); her husband Charles Waggoner; her granddaughter Kayla Everett; and her siblings, Katherine McCain, Maxine Rogers, Bill Black and Ronnie Black.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Waggoner (Tena) of Midland, Eddie Waggoner of Muleshoe, Randy Waggoner (Patti) of Muleshoe, Texas and Cammie Turnbow (Rodney) of Lubbock, Texas; her siblings, Karon Murray of Frisco, Rita Morris of Chandler, Arizona, Lyndal Black of Muleshoe, Gaylon Black of Clovis, Dean Black of Muleshoe, Ricky Black of Lazbuddie, Rex Black of Muleshoe and Kim Black of Muleshoe, Texas; and her grandchildren, Steven Turnbow, Bryan Turnbow, Devin Waggoner, Chance Waggoner, Megan Pasco, Jill Waggoner, Jesse Waggoner and Joe Waggoner. She is also survived by her fourteen great-grandchildren.
