Maria R. Alvarado Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria R. Alvarado of Muleshoe, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Romo and Maria Romo (Troncoso); her husband Blas V. Alvarado; her children, Guadalupe Romo, Guillermo Limas and Maria Anita Martinez; her siblings, Clara Salazar, Roberto Romo and Alfonso Romo; and her sons-in-law, Hugo Ortiz and Nacho Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Mauro Limas (Linda) of Cushing, Blas Alvarado Jr. of Belton Missouri, Alvaro Alvarado of Cushing, Eduardo Alvarado (Rachel) of Muleshoe, Texas, Susie Ortiz of Dill City and Esmeralda Reyes (Ramon) of Tulia, Texas. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 81 great-grandchildren and 51 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Center Pointe Church (521 S 1st St, Muleshoe, TX 79347).
