James Cleveland wrote a sympathy message

“Nan, you were such an amazing great-grandmother and I have missed you every day since we last saw each other. I wish we had more time so you could teach your great-great-grandson to play Kanasta and shuffle cards like you did with me. Give Pop, Gran-E, and Caleb my love when you see them. Love James, Paul, and family.”

Embry Jules wrote a sympathy message

“Lona left many legacies, of which I am one. My Nan was the rarest of women, strong, kind and so very proper. I can only hope to be half the woman she was. To have eternal life one must be born again, and Nan has now been reborn and can enjoy the afterlife eternally. My parting word to her: I finally learned … to sip, not gulp! Thanks for all the things I learned from you; but, that one was my favorite because it doesn’t just apply to Coke … it applies in all things. I love you!”
