It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laila Williams (Muleshoe, Texas), who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Scarbrough and Laila Juanita Scarbrough (Jackson); her husband Billy; her sons, Billy Don Williams and Terry Williams; and her siblings, Patsy Evans and Wayne Scarbrough.

She is survived by: her children, David Williams (Carol) of Goldthwaite, Texas and Peggy Williams (Wendell) of Lubbock, Texas; and her siblings, Janet Hayes of Harlingen, Texas, Jim Scarbrough of Naples Florida, Robert Scarbrough of Sarasota and Dick Scarbrough of Ft. Worth, Texas. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
