It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Hurtado of Muleshoe, Texas, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Sanchez and Mary Sanchez (Madrigal); her husband Nick Hurtado; her grandchildren, Jamie Hurtado, Mark Rodriguez and Blaine Hurtado; her great grandchild Polly Atchison; and her sisters, Lydia Solis and Connie Brocker.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Hurtado of Trinidad, Leroy Hurtado of Muleshoe, John Hurtado of Muleshoe, Waldo Anaya of Santa Fe, Debbie Hurtado of Muleshoe, Bernadette Bradley (Kent) of Muleshoe, Carolyn Robinson (Chris) of Slaton, Toni Rae Rojas of Amarillo and Michelle Pargas of Raton; and her siblings, Mary Padilla (Max) of Ribera, Dora Sanchez of Trinidad, Colorado, Alex Sanchez (Mary June) of Trinidad, Arthur Sanchez (Joan) of Trinidad, Bobby Sanchez (Josie) of Trinidad, Paul Sanchez of Starkville, Andy Sanchez of Walsenburg, Frank Sanchez (Ramona) of Stewarts Draft and David Sanchez (Teresa) of Starkville, Colorado.
