He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Webb and Myrtle Clark (Vineyard); his great grandchild Jace Turney; his siblings, Eva Lee Swinney and Doyle Webb; and his stepmother Lorena Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Horn; his children, Wayland Webb (Janet) of Midland, Terry Webb (Allison) of Ransom Canyon, Texas, Vickie Reynolds (Kyle) of Lubbock and Becky Turney (Dean) of Hereford, Texas; and his brothers, Clinton Webb of Virginia, Joe Clark of Runaway Bay, Smitty Clark of El Capitan and Mike Clark of San Angelo, Texas. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
