He is survived by: his wife Sherri Fitzgerald; his children, Dr. Kent Reynolds (Hollye) of Groesbeck, Sean Shipman of Panhandle, Tim Shipman (Rebecca) of Fredricksburg, Todd Shipman (Brenna) of Muleshoe, Texas and Mandy Coers (Lance) of Wylie, Texas; his brother Nelson Shipman (Trish) of Burnet, Texas; his sister-in-law Pam Shipman of Granbury, Texas; and his grandchildren, Tara Williams, Shane Shipman (Sierra), Blayne Shipman, Hailye Wilson (Luke), Braden Shipman, Tate Shipman, Ellie Shipman, Ayden Coers, Taylor Shipman and Zeke Shipman. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home (104 E Ave F, Muleshoe, TX 79347). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Christian Church (1723 W American Blvd, Muleshoe, TX 79347).
