He was predeceased by: his parents, Cristel Salinas and Margarita Salinas (DeLeon); and his siblings, Ernistia Salinas, Margarita Sammaron, Cristel Salinas Jr. and Ernesto Salinas.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Hinojosa; his children, Frank Salinas Jr. of Raymondville, Joe Salinas of Jacksboro, Felipe (Marisa) of Carlsbad, James Salinas of Muleshoe, Joel Salinas of Muleshoe, Texas and Mary Lou Salinas of Roswell; and his sister Maria Galvan of Mission, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel - Muleshoe (104 E Ave F, Muleshoe, TX 79347). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the same location.
