He is survived by: his wife Shirley Black; his children, Danny Waggoner (Tena) of Midland, Eddie Waggoner of Muleshoe, Randy Waggoner (Patti) of Muleshoe, Texas and Cammie Turnbow (Rodney) of Lubbock, Texas; his brother Gerald Waggoner (Tommy) of Tuscola, Texas; and his grandchildren, Steven Turnbow, Bryan Turnbow, Devin Waggoner, Chance Waggoner, Megan Pasco, Jill Waggoner, Jesse Waggoner and Joe Waggoner. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
