He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Lee and Berta Kitchens (Glenn); and his sisters, Glenna Polson and Charlie Kay Lipkie. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kimbrell of Muleshoe, Texas; his children, Kody Kitchens (Katherine) of Muleshoe, Texas and Angie Lewis of Muleshoe, Texas; and his siblings, Gail Goodwin of Festus, Missouri and Larry Kitchens of Palestine, Texas. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; and his two great-grandchildren.
