She was predeceased by: her parents, Luterio "Leo" Chavez and Anita Chavez (Cruz); her husband Rudy Campos; her siblings, Josie Ovalle, Roseann Chavez, Rosendo Chavez, Robert Chavez, Leo Chavez and Simon Chavez (Cecilio Chavez); and her great grandchild Taylor Gardea.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Campos (Sylvia) of Muleshoe, Roy Perez (Herlinda) of Lubbock, Texas and Anita Loya (Marin) of Great Bend, Kansas; and her siblings, Barbara Fuentes (Pedro) of Texico, Roseann Gloria (Ruben) of Muleshoe, Rachel Lopez (Mike) of Lubbock, Texas, Juan Chavez (Sandy) of Muleshoe and Benny Chavez (Rosalinda) of Muleshoe, Texas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
