It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Antonia Casanova of Muleshoe, Texas, born in Menard, Texas, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fermin Rosas and Jeronima Rosas (Ramirez); her husband Jesus Casanova; and her siblings, Fermin Rosas Jr., Fernando Rosas, Martin Rosas, Louisa Gonzalez, Nico Bara, Margarita Rosas and Oralia Mendoza.
She is survived by: her children, Jesse Casanova Jr. (Olga) of Amarillo, Fernando Casanova (Dianna) of Muleshoe, Texas, Gloria Acevedo (Ruben) of Dumas and Dora Aragon (Leo) of Friona, Texas; and her sister Carolina Bara of Altus, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren; and her thirty-six great-grandchildren.
