He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Schmidt, Vivian Cawood, Suzanne Schmidt, Rosemarie (Jimmy Mattioli), Gregory (Susan Schmidt), George Schmidt, Christopher (Dee Schmidt), Stephen (Jennifer Schmidt), Neil Schmidt and Denis (Murolyn Schmidt). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
