He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Young and Cleta Young (Locket); his father-in-law William Olden; and his sisters-in-law, Anne and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Eugene and Sarah; his grandchildren, Mikayla and Alexander; his brother Reverend Patrick Young (Patricia); and his mother-in-law Mary Olden. He is also survived by her children, in laws and grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
