He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Don Sr. and Barbara Ann Evans (Robertson); and his siblings, Patrick Evans, Otis Evans Jr. (Sambo), Calvin Evans (Squirrel), Terry Evans (Big Cat) and LaDonna Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tyronda Lachelle Evans and Jasmine Ja'Nae Evans; his granddaughter ZaKenya Tychelle Evans of Mt. Vernon, Texas; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Macie Evans of Mt. Vernon, Texas; and his sisters, Sheila Evans of Mt. Vernon, Tammy Rogers of Mt. Vernon and Shara Evans of Dallas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
