He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lester and Muriel Emerline Cunningham (Bolin); and his siblings, Mildred Meadows and Lloyd Cunningham. He is survived by: his nephew Robert (Shirley); his wife Barbara Cunningham of Mount Vernon; his children, Gary Cunningham (Tammy) of Mount Vernon, Glenn Cunningham (Sandy) of Mount Vernon and Sondra Cunningham of Mount Pleasant; his grandchildren, Chad (Sawyer Cunningham), Derek (Misty Cunningham), Cortney (Kayle Campbell) and Tory (Genevieve Cunningham); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Cunningham, Trenton Cunningham, Kember Cunningham, Kynzee Campbell, Ryland Cunningham, Colt Cunningham, Jentri Cunningham, Conrad Cunningham and Nico Cunningham.
