She was predeceased by: her parents, R. A. Watts and Florence Watts (Garrett); and her husband JC Pickens. She is survived by: her children, Joe (Joyce Pickens), Randy (Deanna Pickens) and Susan (James Buck); her grandchildren, Chad, Kristy Pickens, Scott, Heather Pickens, Mark, Katy Pickens, Travis, Valerie Pickens, Hayley, Dustin Dickson, Cassie, Shane Gammill, Colter Buck, Zachary and Jesi Buck; her great grandchildren, Jadyn, Kyndall, Connor, Jack, Natalie, Avery, Carter, Randi, Laine, Spencer, Case, Ellie and Jay; and her sister Janet (Ron Eve).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macon Baptist Church (7415 Farm Road 21, Mt Vernon, TX 75457). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Rockhill Cemetery.
