He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence V. Robinson; and his brother Lawrence David Robinson. He is survived by: his mother Ruth F. Robinson of Bullard, Texas; his children, Kristopher D. Robinson (Susannah) of Jacksonville, Florida, Jason M. Robinson of Dallas, Texas and Krystina M. Robinson of Dallas, Texas; his siblings, Larry J. Robinson of Mt. Vernon, Texas and Debra Youkey; and his brother-in-law Jeff Youkey of Bullard, Texas. He is also survived by five loving grandchildren.
