It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ida Stone of Mount Vernon, Texas, born in Winnsboro, Texas, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Lloyd and Sybil Lloyd (Buchanan); her husband Jimmie Jack Stone; her daughter Lou Alice Stone; and her brother Don Lloyd.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Teresa Stone) and Lloyd (Tina Stone); her grandchildren, Dusty Stone (Plano), J. D. Stone (Fairview), Natalie Tate (Alamo Heights), Emily (Collin), May (Dallas), Abigail Stone and Elizabeth Stone (Flower Mound); her great grandchildren, Noelle Tate and Claire Tate; and her sisters, Karon (Bill) and Kathy Hankins of Canaan, NH. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
