She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Lewis and Carrie Blanche Tindell (Meazell); her husband Raymond Fuentes, Sr.; and her son Raymond "Bubba" Lee Fuentes, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Ramona Hyatt (James), Tonia Smith (Terry) and Janie Davis (John); her grandchildren, Gene, Tiffani, Terrance, John, Jason, Ashlee, Ray, Audra, Jessyca, Taylor, Alex and Justin; her sister Sharron Nichols; and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Cruz and Darlene Fuentes.
